Park in the front side of the Nexus office building after the Fresh Market, it is closest to our office in suite number 300.

Turn right onto E Gateway Blvd (1.0 mi).

Take exit 61 for Lantana Rd(0.3 mi)

Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto FL-812/W Lantana Rd(4.8 mi)

Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto FL-802 W/Lake Worth Rd (1.9 mi)

Follow I-95 N to West Palm Beach

Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 70 for FL-704 W / Okeechobee Blvd (0.2mi)

Use any lane to turn left onto FL-704 W / Okeechobee Blvd (1.4 mi)

Use the left turning lane to turn left onto Seminola Blvd (0.1mi)

Destination will be on your right, attached to the Sunnyside Dispensary. We are located next to Cumberland Farms Gas Station.

Follow I-95 S to FL-714 E in Martin County. Take exit 110 from I-95 S

Merge onto FL-714 E  by turning left. Stay on FL-714 for 5.6.miles

Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto SW Martin Downs Blvd  2.8 miles

Continue onto FL-714 E/SW Monterey Rd (staying straight, going over bridge)

 Turn left onto FL-76 E – Kanner Hwy (1.1 miles) (first light after the bridge)

Use the 2nd from the left lane to turn left onto US-1 N  0.1 miles

Turn right at SW Palm City Rd Light – pass the Morgan Stanley Building and head for the Royal Palm Financial Center – the middle of the three buildings there.

Take the Crosstown Pkwy E exit(0.3 mi)

Head north of I-95 N.

Take exit 176 for Palm Bay Road towards Co Rd 516/Palm Bay.

Make a left at the light at the intersection of Robert J Conlan Blvd NE & Palm Bay Rd NE. 

Make a quick right into the parking lot of the Robert J Conlan Professional Center.

Our office is located inside the center door under the big Conlan Professional Center sign, unit 1501. When you walk in you will see our name in the Directory but you will need to proceed to the first door to the right that says 120. From there you will be greeted by our receptionist.
